- Description
- 1. The project includes the following: A PCB contaminated, oilfilled 20000 Volt three phase transformer and an oilfilled 20000 Volt three phase transformer at the Transformer Station, building 5811, Katterbach Kaserne, USAG Ansbach shall be disassembled, disposed of and replaced. In addition the existing Low Voltage Main Power Distribution Panel shall be disassembled, disposed of and replaced. Work requiring total power shutdowns shall be performed on weekends and during daylight time. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 - $100,000. 3. The solicitation will be issued on 17 June 2016 with a closing date of 05 July 2016. Paper copies will not be available. Once the soliciation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates / amendments. 4. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 5. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 6. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
