Wage Determination 2005-2377 Revision 16 LRTA CDRL Page 7 LRTA CDRL Page 6 LRTA CDRL Page 5 LRTA CDRL Page 4 LRTA CDRL Page 3 LRTA CDRL Page 2 LRTA CDRL Page 1 DD Form 254 PWS LRTA 26-MAY-2016 RFQ W911S2-16-T-3010 LRTA The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum, NY is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Logistics Readiness Training and Assistance Services (LRTA). Place of Performance: All LRTA Services will be performed at Fort Drum, NY (FDNY) and Fort Polk, LA (FPLA). General Information: The Government intends to award a single contract for LRTA for FDNY and FPLA. The Contract Type shall be Firm Fixed Price Contract with a maximum ordering period of five years. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-16-T-3010 in the subject line. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561210 Facilities Support Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5 Million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-14 - Limitations on Subcontracting, under a small business set-aside, at least 50% of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for the prime contractor's employees. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004 Alt A, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 561210, and representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations may be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to proposing. All responsible SDVOSBs may submit a quote, which will be considered. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments shall only be available electronically by accessing FedBizOpps at. No hard copies shall be provided. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor FBO for any/all amendments to the solicitation. The point of contact is the Contract Specialist, Marie C.
