Standard Form 1449 Attachment 5 - Subcontracting Plan Attachment 4 - Requesting Past Performance Evaluation Attachment 3 - Price Schedule Attachment 2 - SOW Attachment 1 - Ordering Procedures and FAR Clauses, Provisions, HSAR Clauses and Terms and Conditions Combined Synopsis Solicitation The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has an immediate requirement to procure 9mm Luger or 9mm Luger +P Caliber Ammunition (124 - 147 Grain) to replace the currently 9mm which is nearing the end of its service life. ICE is issuing an open market competitive solicitation in an effort to award a single source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is sixty months (5 years). This announcement is being placed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603. It is combined synospsis/solicitation for commercial items for 9mm Luger or 9mm Luger +P Caliber Ammunition (124 - 147 Grain). This announcement constitues the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. See attachments for complete details.
