- AMENDMENT 0002 1. Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to correct the Part Numbers referenced in Amendment 0001 for the Power Divider and Power Divider Coupling. The correct manufacturer and model required are Cushman 413A. Serial Number 181 or equal. 2. As a result of this Amendment, the time and date for receipt of quotes is changed to 15 June 2016 at 2:00PM CT. 3. Both Amendments, 0001, and 0002, must be referenced in the quote response. Failure to reference both Amendments may result in the quote being determined unacceptable and ineligible for further award consideration. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Solicitation number F2M3LY6134AW01 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 effective 16 May 2016. 3. The applicable NAICS code is 336350, " Transmissions and parts, automotive, truck, and bus, manufacturing", and size standard 1,500 Employees. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set aside. 4. See the attached RFQ for applicable contract line items (CLINS), quantities and units of measures. 5. See the attached RFQ for date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. 6. The government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation for a Power Divider and Power Divider Coupling. 7. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, in addition to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 8. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, in addition to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 9. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. 10. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and also Addendum to FAR 52.212-4. 11. The clause at 52.212-5 (Deviation), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applicable FAR clauses cited in the clause are identified in the attached RFQ. 12. All other provisions and clauses applicable to this RFQ are identified in the attached RFQ. 13. Defense Priorities and Allocations System: N/A 14. Complete quotes are due 13 June 2016, 12 PM CT.
