- Room Breakdown Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Missouri National Guard is seeking to purchase lodging in North Carolina. The contractor shall furnish lodging accommodations for the Missouri National Guard from 28 July 2016 to checkout on 24 August 2016. Location of lodging must be within fifteen miles of Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU) located at 6280 Sunny Point Road, SE, Southport, NC 28461-5000. See attached room breakdown and Statement of Work. Award will be based off of "lowest price / technically acceptable". Technically Acceptable is meeting the terms of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Must have acctive CAGE CODE in Sam.gov to be considered for award. Payment will be invoiced through WAWF (Wide Area Work Flow / iRap).
