Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Caroline County Public Schools for the support of the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) JCLC Camp Success and Mountain. The contractor will be able to provide transportation around the Fort A.P. Hill area, VA during the period of 18 June 2016 through 29 June 2016. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses are due not later than 14 June 2016 3:00 PM EST at MICC-Fort Knox, to Brian Welch at brian.r.welch12.civ@mail.mil.
