- Pricing Spreadsheet for Beverage Base Solicitation for MRE37 Beverage Base Solicitation for MRE37 DLA Troop Support Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations Division intends to solicit Request for Proposal for Beverage Base component items to be assembled into the Meal-Ready-to-Eat (MRE). The solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity, Tiered, Firm Fixed Price contract for 17 beverage items. The contract term will be for a total of 5 years, to include five, 12 month tier periods, to provide continued supply of the MRE Beverage Base Component items. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. A contract will be awarded using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Procedures. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) will be a requirement for this solicitation. This will be a full and open competitive acquisition with 13 of the 17 items set-aside for small business and includes HubZone Price Evaluation Preference.
