Description

The Criminal Investigation Division (CI) of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has an ongoing requirement for support services for its Seized and Forfeited Management program. The contractor will support the seizure agents in the field as well as IRS Headquarters. The contractor's support will include all administrative aspects of managing sized and forfeited property (i.e., responsibility to catalog inventory and document seized and forfeited assets as well as ensuring legal paper work is timely filed). This is a solicitation for commercial items using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), in conjunction with FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) acquisition procedures. This is an 8(a) competitive acquisition under FAR Subpart 19.8. Only 8 (a) firms may respond. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 with a business size standard of $15,000,000.00. The current contract no. is TIRNO-15-C-00071.
