- Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) In Partnership With Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Small Business Information Forum Initiative (SBIFI) The Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) has established a Small Business Information Forum Initiative (SBIFI) that follows the PEO STRI Acquisition Center's monthly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions. This venue provides both meaningful and timely information to all of Industry, however concentrating on small business, in an ever-changing acquisition environment. Date: 12 July 2016 Event: Second scene of "Around PEO STRI and NAWCTSD" Objective: To become familiar with the mission of PEO STRI and NAWCTSD one project/program management at a time. Presenters: • PEO STRI Joint Project Management Office Medical Modeling and Simulation (JPMO MMS): provides the Department of Defense a centralized total lifecycle management approach for the advanced materiel development and procurement of medical Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) across the Military Health System (MHS). • NAWCTSD Research & Technology Programs Directorate: manages the NAWCTSD training and technology research and development programs to include the Office of Naval Research (ONR) sponsored programs in Basic Research (BA-1), Applied Research (BA-2), Advanced Technology Development (BA-3), Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), Transition Research, the Navy Science Advisor Program (ONR Global Fleet/Forces), and the Command's Technology Transfer Program. Location: Partnership III Building, Conference Room 321 3039 Technology Parkway Orlando, FL 32826 Time: 1015-1115 AM RSVP: Not required however we are soliciting questions in advance to help our presenters better adapt to industry's interest in this area. Parking: Due to limited parking in the Partnership II/III parking lot, all visitors MUST park in the large parking lot on the corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway. The Partnership II/III parking lot is authorized parking for occupants only.
