DESCRIPTION: This requirement for construction services is being procured in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36 for the required work for the Minneapolis, Minnesota VA Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417. The Statement of Work (SOW) for project 618-16-117 is attached to this notice. NAICS is 236220 Building Construction. Size Standard is $36.5 million. 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated. Solicitation VA263-16-R-0578 is assigned to this procurement and shall be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.11 and 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications and be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) at the time of submission of their qualifications in order to be considered for award. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE OR BIDDER/PLAN HOLDER LIST WILL BE ISSUED. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds. Faxed or emailed documents will NOT be accepted. All information must be in original/hard form and CD.
