- Description
- 1) Closed Boundary Quad Ridge Horn Antenna, 2-18 GHz, Type PC 3.5(F), part number QR2000 (Quantity - 34 each) The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open comptition basis this requirement, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to MVG, Inc., 2105 Barrett Park Drive, Suite 104, Kennesaw, GA 30144 due to unique capability. This material is direct replacement parts in the existing system and are proprietary techniques owned by MVG, Inc. The material requested must have same physical dimensions, mounting hole(s), power and control connectors, and must have same analog response vs. control voltage and frequency of operation as existing devices. The devices must physically fit in current alloted space, have the same mounting structure as existing components, and be compatible with existing calibration techniques. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to susan.wigfield@navy or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 220000D, Attn: Susan Wigfield, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 days from this notice date. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotation are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
