- Here is the solicitation document. Note that the offer due date was extended in solicitation amendment 0002 to a new date of June 15, 2016 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Besides the solicitation, there are two solicitation amendments and two drawings, See all attachments with this notice. This is Drawing 2 of 2. This is Drawing 1 of 2. This is solicitation amendment 0002. Offer Due Date was extended from June 7, 2016 to a new date of June 15, 2016. Time: 3:00 PM Pacific Time. The dates of the Periods of Performance were revised. Your new POC is now Lana J. Murry. 509-527-7217. Lana.J.Murry@usace.army.mil Other corrections are shown in red. This is solicitation amendment 0001 which contains vendor questions and answers. Please submit your quotes to Lana.J.Murry@usace.army.mil by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on June 15, 2016. There is a solicitation and two solicitation amendments attached to this new notice. Also, please note the two detailed drawings that are attached to this notice. The original solicitation and the two drawings were posted on May 16, 2016. The first solicitation amendment was posted on May 26, 2016. The second solicitation amendment is being posted today, June 7, 2016. All five of the attachments are being posted with this notice to avoid confusion. A Site Visit was held on May 24, 2016, No additional Site Visits will be held. A prior pre-solicitation notice may also be found, but please note that this is an active solicitation and your quote is being encouraged by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on June 15, 2016. Thank you.
