Description

The attached is the statement of work the Government is considering. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government is looking for a vendor that can provide the replacement of a 30 KVA UPS. See attached Scope of Work. All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Joseph.R.Bloss.civ@mail.mil. Please indicate your business size (Small, Large; also any Socio Economic Small Business categories you are part of, in your responses. This notice will close on Monday, June 13, 2016 by 1030 EST). Please note that this is not a solicitation but a sources sought only, quotes are not required.
