- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:California City:Citrus Heights Delineated Area:Citrus Heights City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):74,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):75,019 Space Type:Office Term:Up to 10 Years/10 Years Firm Agency Specific Requirement: (including GOV parking)The Government is seeking a lease for approximately 79,163 rentable square feet yielding approximately 75,019 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) of first class, high quality space. The building offered must be Class "A" professional space with state of the art mechanical and electrical installations and must meet the minimum Federal Fire Life Safety, Seismic, and Handicap requirements. The Government reserves the right to determine acceptability of the offered property as to the building's structural integrity; highest safety, energy efficient installations; aesthetic appearance, security installations, security of its surrounding areas, accessibility of the property to major highways and state roads, and its location within the above stated Delineated Area. The space must be ready for occupancy on or before 12/18/2018. Unique Requirements: -3 parking spaces for government vehicles area required. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg9. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1st through 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg9 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
