- This justification for exception to "fair opportunity" has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified as information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. The Government's intent to acquire without providing "fair opportunity" was considered as a part of acquisition planning, and as all considerations of possible sources were made at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication. The provided justification is a Class Far 16 Justification to limit fair opportunity for multiple projects as follows: Contract: HSTS04-09-D-ST2233 Order: HSTS04-12-J-CT5502 (TO20) Modification: P00011 Modification Value: $690,690.90 Description: Continued support for Air Cargo Transportation Security Equipment Program requirements through October 3, 2016 Contract: HSTS04-09-D-ST2233 Order: HSTS04-13-J-CT5000 (TO25) Modification: P00006 Modification Value: $983,245.11 Description: Continued support for Surface Transportation Security Technology Program requirements through October 3, 2016 Contract: HSTS04-09-D-ST2233 Order: HSTS04-13-J-CT5500 (TO26) Modification: P00009 Modification Value: $440,297.00 Description: Continued support for Air Cargo Infrastructure Protection Program requirements through October 3, 2016
