- The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement at the Cosumnes River Preserve Visitor Center for a Firm Fixed Price contract, The Contractor is to perform deferred maintenance repairs to specific items associated with the Visitor Center and its parking lot and driveway. Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to make several repairs to the Cosumnes River Preserve Visitor Center. The following are the work items for this project: Exterior and Interior Painting of the Visitor Center Building and Deck, 4 sections of Concrete Parking Lot and Driveway Replacement, 2 Air Conditioning Unit Replacements and Visitor Center Carpet Replacement. The Solicitation will be posted on June 7, 2016.
