Description
Draft QASP Draft PWS Exhibit C Draft PWS Exhibit B Draft PWS Exhibit A Draft PWS This pre-solicitation synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (Provisional) (HRCO (P)), formerly known as the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), intends to contract for Self-Awareness Training, Executive Coaching and Supplies (SATECS) in support of the United States Army Medical Department (AMEDD). Under the intended contract, the contractor shall provide an enterprise-wide solution for self-awareness training, executive coaching and supplies, to include an applied self-awareness model focusing on beyond-behavior changes that influence interpersonal relationships, collaboration, and productivity. The major elements of this solution include 1) train-the-trainer certification, trainer sustainability, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) customization to include AMEDD-centric terminology; 2) AMEDD Senior Executive training for self-awareness courses, following on telephonic coaching, and application consultation workshops; and 3) supplies, to include training materials/media products and related aides. The HRCO (P) anticipates the solicitation/request for proposal (RFP) will be available approximately 30 days from the date of this notice, with an anticipated closing date of 30 days from the date of release of the solicitation. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated approximately 15 days after solicitation release. This is a new requirement, and it will be solicited as a competitive small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611430. This is anticipated as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued, plus a cost-reimbursable contract line item number/s (CLIN/s) for travel. The contract period of performance is three years from date of contract award. The contract will be awarded using a Best-Value Trade-off approach. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only, and the official access point to the solicitation is via FedBizOpps. The postings at W81K0415RTODD document the earlier development of this SATECS requirement, including multiple files related to the SATECS Industry Day conducted 6 Jan 2016 at Fort Sam Houston TX. The new solicitation number W81K04-16-R-0012 represents the continuity for this same SATECS requirement. All future information related to the SATECS requirement will be posted under W81K04-16-R-0012.
