- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intends to procure and award on an Other than Full and Open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Firm Fixed Price contract with Keysight Technologies, 1400 Fountaingrove Parkway, SantaRosa, CA 95403, for three (3) Vector Signal Generators and one (1) Analog Signal Generator for the upgrade of the Hardware in the Loop facility. The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ in June 2016. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-R-0044 and clearly show the firm's capability, background, experience, and assets necessary to meet the requirement without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery of the product and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. Responses shall be submitted by email to jessica.r.rodriguez1@navy.mil or mailed to Commander, Code 254130D Attn: Jessica Rodriguez, 429 E. Bowen Road, MS 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 within 15 days from the Notice date. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
