Description

AMENDMENT 000001. This is an amendment to a previous request for quote issued for the purpose of providing interested parties questions/answers to assist in preparation of quotes. The Q & A is as follow: QUESTION 1: What is the maximum number of units to transport per trip? ANSWER 1: As stated in the Scope of Work (Attachment No.02), the vendor must be equipped to transport a minimum of 6 units per trip. Please state in the Price Schedule (Attachment No.01) the maximum number of units if different from Scope of Work. QUESTION 2: ABA/ADA accessible refers to Department of Defense permanent structures. Should this be ADA compliant instead? Also urinals are not compliant in a ADA compliant toilet. ANSWER 2: The portable toilets shall consist of single stall units and ADA compliant units. Single stall toilets shall be equipped with urinals, ADA compliant toilets will not. Both types of toilets shall have multiple roll toilet paper dispensers with a 4 to 6 roll capacity. Attached is the Revised Scope of Work (Attachment No. 02) Procurement to establish an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Portable Toilet and Wash Station Rental for Yosemite National Park, Mariposa County, California.
