- Description
- The project consists of repairing approximately 500 linear feet of storm damages on the San Pedro Breakwater. The proposed repairs will entail placement of approximately 100 displaced armor stone and replacing/resetting displaced armor stone back into the structure, returning the damaged sections to original design conditions. Location of this work will be the Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California. The estimated cost range of construction for this is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.Estimated duration of the project: 180 Calendar Days. This solicitation is an unrestricted procurement and will be issued under Full and Open Competition. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z2PZ, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $36,500,000. Contract Clause No. FAR 52.219-4, entitled, Price Evaluation Preference for HUB Zone Small Business Concerns will be applied to this procurement. The acquisition will use FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures for award. All interested firms must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts. The solicitation will be available on or about July 7, 2016. All offerors are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process.
