Description

PRE-SOLICITATION The purpose of this contract is to install four Mini-Split Heating and Cooling Ductless HVAC Systems with wired thermostats for three residence houses and one meeting room located in the Mt. Baker Ranger District. Work includes remove and dispose of three existing oil furnaces heating, upgrade electrical panel for installation of ductless HVAC systems and wires to code. The project work area is located ¼ mile across from the Glacier Public Service Center in the Mt. Baker Ranger District. Glacier Public Service Center 1094 Mt. Baker Hwy Glacier, WA 98244 ESTIMATED DATE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED June 16th, 2016 DESIRED START DATE August 19th, 2016 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Sixty (60) calendar days CONTRACT TYPE Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Construction Contract PROJECT LOCATION State: Washington; Counties: Whatcom, Districts: Mt. Baker. PRE-BID CONFERENCE There will not be a pre-bid conference.
