- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) issued an RFQ to existing WFLHD Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for Geotechnical Drilling Services on Tom Miner Creek Road in Park County, Montana under RFQ No. DTFH7016Q00037. The Western Federal Lands Highway Division previously sought qualified suppliers for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Geotechnical drilling companies interested in quoting on future work will need to have an established BPA with the Western Federal Lands Highway Division. The BPA will be established for geotechnical drilling and support services in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Vendors interested in becoming a BPA holder may contact WFL.Purchasing@dot.gov for more information.
