- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Bryan Delineated Area: North: William J Bryan Parkway/Boonville Road (158) South: William D Fitch (40) East: Highway 30 West: Harvey Mitchell Parkway (FM2818) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,340ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,474 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Minimum 6 Surface Parking spaces. Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: · Location must not be located within the immediate vicinity of railroad tracks. · The space provided required plumbing access for build-out of a shower. Direct access is strongly preferred. · The space provided cannot have a length to width ratio greater than 2 to 1 and columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than two (2) feet square. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
