Description

TFSASIG16CI0004 IPP Waiver The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) has a requirement for 6 reserved parking spaces with an option to add 2 additional reserved parking spaces during the base period and up to 6 additional spaces during each option period in accordance with the specifications listed in the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide non-reserved indoor parking spaces located within (1) city block distance from the field office located at 555 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA. The parking facility shall permit 24/7 access by SIGTARP personnel and the contractor shall not have access to the keys of Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) which must remain locked at all times. Independent parking shall be available for emergency situations and the parking facility shall not permit valet or tandem parking. Pricing is requested for a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Period of Performance: Base Period: 09/01/2016 through 08/31/2017 Option Period 1: 09/01/2017 through 08/31/2018 Option Period 2: 09/01/2018 through 08/31/2019 Option Period 3: 09/01/2019 through 08/31/2020 Option Period 4: 09/01/2020 through 08/31/2021 Please pay close attention to the Instructions to Offerors beginning on page 20.
