- Statement of Work SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR DELIVERED MATERIALS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR DELIVERY TO PROJECT LOCATED ON THE GREEN RIVER IN SUPPORT OF SEATTLE DISTRICT, US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, WASHINGTON. The Seattle District, US Army Corps of Engineers, is seeking small business concerns capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work entitled Howard Hanson Dam Gravel Purchase and Delivery; Delivered Materials. The Government contemplates a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to supply materials in support of this effort; it is anticipated that the Government may establish multiple BPAS. The potential Master Agreement term is for three years with an aggregate amount of not to exceed $300,000.00; individual calls placed by authorized individuals will not exceed $150,000.00. All small businesses are encouraged to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. The appropriate NAICS Code is 212319, size standard is 500 employees. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the acquisition strategy. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this announcement. Contractor shall provide the following; Safety Requirements: Operation of equipment shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual. It is requested that interested sources submit to the Contracting Office a brief capabilities statement demonstrating ability to meet the requirements as identified in this Statement of Work (SOW). This documentation shall address, as a minimum, the following: Company profile: Provide number of employees, office location(s), DUNS number, CAGE Code, and statement regarding small business designation and status.
