- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for support to its Employee Parking Assistance Program (EPAP). The EPAP program contractor will collect parking fees from all participating employees (including employees required to pay all or a portion of their parking fee), remits parking fees on behalf of the TSA at all required locations for all participating employees, works with program officials to establish parking locations for TSA employees, and provides shuttles to transport employees from parking lots to and from their work location(s) where required. This presolicitation notice is not a RFP. Offerors are responsible for checking the FedBizOpps website for any update(s) to this notice. To obtain automatic notifications of updates to this notice, you must log into www.fbo.gov and add the presolicitation to your Watchlist. If you would like to list your firm as an interested vendor, you must click the "Add Me To Interested Vendors" button in the listing for this presolicitation. The RFP will be issued on or about June 16, 2016. The www.fbo.gov website will be the only site for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. The solicitation is anticipated to be a competitive 8(a) set aside under NAICS code 522320 Financial Transaction Processing, Reserve and Clearinghouse Activities. In order for contractors to conduct business with TSA, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. By submission of a proposal, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award; during performance; and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE.
