- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLK) intends to procure two (2) Tire Inflator Assemblies, PN 631AS100-1, 01-043-3130. The Tire Inflator Assembly will be mounted to the Tire Inflation Booth, PN 938AS100-1, which is installed in the AIMD Tire and Wheel Shop and utilized in the inflation of tires. Through a series of regulators and valves, the inflator/monitor continuously monitor the actual tire pressure and automatically inflates or deflates the tire to a pressure predetermined by the operator. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Packaging and marking for shipping shall be in accordance with best commercial practices and all quantities shall be delivered to Williamsburg, VA 23185, FOB Destination. Delivery shall be no later than 8 months after date of contract award. FAR 13.106-2: Award will be made on lowest price, technically acceptable offer. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. Contractors must be registered in SAM. This requirement shall follow simplified acquisition procedures under request for quote (RFQ) N68335-16-T-0278. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps under RFQ N68335-16-T-0278. Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. The solicitation will be posted on the web, on or about 15 June 2016.
