For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6F5024AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 20 each of a PYLON,AIRCRAFT; NSN: 1560-01-553-3537; Part Number: 7-518000001-17 applicable to the BZ AH-64 (Apache) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 20 each, 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 78419-5255. This item is restricted to THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 8V613. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source require acquisition of the part from the approved source. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
