Description

This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, Invitation for Bids (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, Jason Dugan, at (510-637-5583) or e-mail jason.e.dugan@uscg.mil Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 Project Description: The work includes dredging of the berthing area located on the south side of Coast Guard Island to a depth of -35-ft MLLW plus 1-ft of paid over depth. Dredged material excavated from the berthing area A shall be transported and disposed at the Government-furnished deep ocean disposal site (SF-DODS). Dredged material excavated from berthing area B can be disposed at the beneficial use upland Montezuma Wetlands site and the Government-furnished SF-DODS. The Contractor must place at least 50 percent of the material at the beneficial use site. The solicitation will be available on/about 8 June 2016, for Viewing/downloading documents.
