- USPFO of New Jersey Army National Guard intends to award Sole Source a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 4 option years to New Jersey Broadcasters Association 7 Centre Drive; Suite 12 Monroe Township, New Jersey, 08831. For Conference will be held at Caesars Atlantic City on Wednesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 23rd, 2016. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C.2304(C)(1). This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest by submitting a capability statement, proposal or quotation. This Special Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. If no written responses are received at least fifteen days after the publication of this notice, the purchase will be awarded to New Jersey Broadcasters Association, without further remark.
