- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD - SOLE SOURCE - The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed Price, 11-month period of performance bridge contract with four one-month option periods to Air 1st. Inc. for the purpose of continued Contract Training Flight Services in support of Air Battle Management Command and Control Training, live fire training, weapon system evaluation, and MAJCOM directed development test and evaluation for 337 ACS IAW FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii) (B), Only One Responsible Source. Quotes are not being requested and a solicitation will not be posted. The bridge contract will permit the continuation of contract performance during the source selection period on the new contract. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government knows this to be a sole source bridge contract requirement. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code is 611512 with a size standard of $27.5 Million.
