- Description
- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Living Works Education INC a small business, for the procurement of Applied Suicide Prevention Training at North Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to the fact that this will be a short term lease. Only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611710 - College Selection Service with a size standard of $15.0M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 5 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 12:00 AM CST 1 June 2016. A determination not to compete the proposed Procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
