- RFP # 263324WPK Exhibit B Exhibit C Cover Pages Exhibit A Fermilab is seeking a highly qualified managed service provider(s) to provide on-premise, managed services in key functional areas. Fermilab's objective is to leverage the managed services to deliver improved services at or above defined service levels and using a sustainable costs model. Fermilab intends to procure a managed-service solution or solutions with fixed monthly fees.to provide the following: 1.2.1 Managed Services: 1.2.1.1 End User Services On-premise managed services that interact with laboratory end-users, including Service Desk, desk-side support, IMAC and coordinated Computing equipment repairs. These services should employ standard Service Desk and Desktop metrics such as those used by the Help Desk Institute (HDI). 1.2.1.2 Data Center Services On-premise managed services that interact with laboratory service providers, including installation or moving of or additions or changes to servers, racks, power distribution units, consoles and network cabling. These services will include in- and out-of-warranty support and repair of IT assets. 1.2.1.3 Enhanced Server Support On-premise enhanced warranty and out-of-warranty support, response and restore uplift. Provide a quarterly report to Fermilab that includes a list of all equipment coming off warranty in the next quarter, recommendations for adding specific equipment to the enhanced server support contract and a maintenance quote for identified equipment. 1.2.1.4 Network Cabling and Equipment Repair On-premise support for the installation of network fiber and copper cabling infrastructure and occasional audio/video cabling, such as coaxial antenna cable. 1.2.1.5 VoIP On-premise support of the lab VoIP service, including VoIP phone installation, configuration, troubleshooting and end-user consultation services. Fermilab currently uses the Cisco VoIP system. 1.2.1.6 Contract and License Management On-premise managed services to assist Fermilab with control of contract and licensing expenditures, performance, records and renewals. 1.2.1.7 Subject Matter Experts On-premise support as requested to provide additional IT services, which will be deemed projects or staff augmentation. 1.2.2 Managed Print Services On-premise support and operation of Fermilab's networked printers and non-networked printers, including a roadmap for optimization, technology refresh and operational repair and exchange.
