- Dell 7710 XTAA (210-AGVK) - TAA Compliant 70 each 30-day delivery - required (using best commercial practices) See attached required specifications. Vendors shall provide detailed technical specifications of the proposed items matching or exceeding those provided in the attachment. Offers received without detailed specifications shall not be considered for award. Vendors shall submit two files as follows: 1) Pricing File 2) Specifications File, Non-Pricing, and shall not contain any information related to the business entity (e.g. logos, phone numbers, website, email address, address, etc.) The Technical Evaluation will be reviewed separate from the pricing review. Send the two separate files to: luis.gely@navy.mil Late submissions will not received consideration. **Pictures are not acceptable proof of meeting salient characteristics** **Other uploaded documents besides the detailed, proposed specifications will not be considered to evaluate quotes** Simplified Acquisition Procedures Evaluation of Quotes: 1. Technical Evaluation - Quotes shall be evaluated for technical capabilities based on the required specifications. The Technical Evaluation will be reviewed separate from the pricing review. Quotes not meeting the technical requirements will not be considered for award. 2. Price - The Government intends to award to the lowest priced quote that meets or exceeds the Technical Evaluation. 3. Delivery
