Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space : Project 4NY0564 State: New York City: Syracuse Delineated Area: North: Wetzel Roads and Bear Roads East: Interstate 81 as the right boundary South: Interstate 90 as the Southern boundary West: Morgan Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,677 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,861 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 of the 11 spaces will be reserved for Government vehicles Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: See below Procurement Summary A. Statement of Requirements: The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,677ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 3,861 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA). The proposed term of the lease is for a total ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. The desired area of consideration is described in the Delineated Area above. The parking requirement is for eleven (11) spaces, of which five (5) will be reserved for Government Vehicles. Additional Requirements: -Proposed space shall be contiguous on one floor; -Proposed space must have 24 hour/7 day week access to the facility and its parking; -Adjacency Requirements: The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, or chemical manufacturing facilities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above addresses by 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on May 20, 2016 and must include the following information: •· Building name, address and the location of the available space within the building. •· Legal Description •· Rentable square feet available, Percentage of Common Area Factor, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. •· Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code; any costs associated with parking. •· Date of space available. •· Building ownership information. •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided.
