- This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the National Spectrum Consortium (NSC), as well as other interested parties within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) has been issued by Advanced Technology International dba SCRA Applied R&D for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Emerging Capabilities and Prototyping (ODASD, EC&P) in partnership with the Department of Defense Chief Information Office. The purpose of the RPP is to develop a prototype Advanced Electronic Warfare Laboratory that will allow the Government to evaluate the technical feasibility of utilizing the AEWL concept as a replicable framework that may be instantiated at Government R&D facilities across the nation. Interested parties are directed to www.nationalspectrumconsortium.org where all information regarding this RPP can be obtained. Non-NSC parties must join the NSC to respond to this notice. Any questions concerning the RPP found at www.nationalspectrumconsortium.org should be addressed to the SCRA Applied R&D point of contact listed in the RPP.
