This was posted in a Sources Sought under FA4855-16-R-0017 Repair Landing Zone Storm Damage previously. All further communication will be under FA4855-16-B-0010. There is no need to resubmit capability if already submitted from the sources sought. This will be solicited as an Invitation For Bid (IFB), Sealed Bidding.
