- 4TH QTR FY 2016 DAIRY The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for dairy items. Delivery date will be between the dates of July 1, 2016 and July 08, 2016 for cheese items, and weekly or as otherwise stated in the item description for milk and cottage cheese. Deliveries will be made to the FCI McKean Warehouse, 6975 Route 59, Lewis Run, PA 16738, 15 Miles South of Bradford, PA. The Government will award firm-fixed price purchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offerors on a per line item basis. No dented cans or substitutions will be allowed. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 13, 2016. It will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about Friday, June 03, 2016 at 2:30PM. Please submit responses to pjcrowley@bop.gov if possible, otherwise you may fax them to 814-363-6815. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 311511. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered.
