Description

Please see the attached Request for Proposal. Pay special attention to the pre-proposal conference and site visit date and reservation forms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Proposal is issued herein. The General Services Administration has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services the Minneapolis U.S. Courthouse and Minneapolis Federal Building as described in Request for Proposal GS-05P-16-SA-D-7007. The project scope will consist of the management, supervision, manpower, materials, equipment and supplies; and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all Elevator Maintenance requirements for the subject locations.
