Description
Occupational and Health Compliance and Assessment Audits Services Southeast United States This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68836-16-T-0188 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. The small business standard for the associated NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $15M. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Jacksonville, Florida is soliciting proposals of companies to provide occupational and health compliance and assessment audits. The Contractor shall provide Contractor support services to accomplish occupational and health compliance and assessment audits at twenty-nine (29) Navy Operational Support Center (NOSCs) in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of performance (POP) is a base year plus two (2) option years, as stated in the PWS. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors - a combination of price and technically acceptable quote. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted NLT 12:00 p.m. EST, 20 May 2016 to reasonably expect a response from the Government. Questions not received within the prescribed time and date WILL NOT be considered. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to hold discussions, if necessary.
