- Source Sought Notice for Automated Test Tool The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) is seeking sources capable of providing an Automated Test Tool for interfacing with Windows Mobile Devices and Windows CE. The following capabilities are required: 1. Integrate with Unified Functional Testing/Quick Test Professional, Visual Studio 2008 & Eclipse 2. Access attributes of the user interface elements as defined in the mobile operating system 3. Reusable test scripts on all Window Mobile & CE platforms 4. Easy creation and maintenance of the test scripts 5. Support all Microsoft Foundation classes 6. Integrate with test management software: Team Foundation Server (TFS) & Hewlett Packard's Quality Center (QC) 7. Support Android OS, Windows Mobile and Windows CE Devices This notice is open to all business concerns; however, in accordance with FAR 19.501, the Government's intent is to set-aside a potential requirement for small businesses. In the event there are not enough responses from responsible and capable small businesses, then large business responses will be considered. All interested and potential firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and current firms must update their records annually to maintain an active status. Please visit the SAM website to register and update: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. However, registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be issued. Responsible and interested sources shall submit their capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, manuals, reports, demonstration video, etc. and provide information of previous experience related to this type of work. All information is to be submitted via email (10MB limit) at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small and provide your DUNS and CAGE Code. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number and email address. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested firms/companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualification data NO LATER THAN May 27, 2016.
