- Justification for other than full and open competition The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 to the Swiss Tropical Institute, Socinstrasse 57, Basel, 4051, Switzerland, for Research and Development services related to the prevalence and eradication of Brucellosis in the Afar and Somali regions of Ethiopia.
