- SPE7L316R0019 PR 0060717203 NSN(s): 2590-01-570-4663 Item Description: Bracket, Vehicular Quantity: 1342 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY Delivery Schedule: 135 days Item is being bought in accordance with AM General (34623) P/N 6044580 This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation (Other Than Full and Open Competition) and will be solicited per FAR part 15. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance points as required per the solicitation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 06/01/2016; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess omplete unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10USC2304(c)(1). One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Description, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. "NOTICE: This solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated."
