Description

Solicitation Document The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order using FAR parts 12 & 13 for Board Certified Behavior Analyst Services in support of students (grades pre-kindergarten through 12) located in the Fort Buchanan and Ramey Aguadilla, Puerto Rico area. Period of performance: 17 May through 08 July 2016 Request for Quote (RFQ), HEVAS6-16-T-0028, is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 621112 - Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialist, with a Size Standard of $11 Million. This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. This RFQ closes on 16 May 2016, 1:00 PM (EST). Questions are due by 13 May 2016, 2:00 PM (EST).
