Description

This required PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE is being issued and publicized in accordance with FAR 36.213-2 and FAR 5.204. Project description: The project shall remodel the Computerized Tomography (CT) scan room for acceptance of a new Siemens CT scan as required by Architect-Engineer (A-E) designed drawings and specifications. Anticipated project completion is December 2016. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project location: St. Cloud VA Health Care System, St. Cloud, Minnesota. Tentative date for issuance of Request for Proposals (RFP): 6/13/2016. This date is tentative and the issuance of this RFP may occur slightly before or after 6/13/2016. All interested parties are strongly advised and are responsible to monitor Fed Biz Opps (FBO) for the issuance of this RFP. Active solicitation: Once issued, it is anticipated the RFP shall remain open for 31 calendar days. Tentative date for RFP closing: 7/15/2016. This date is also tentative and is dependent on when the RFP is issued. Tentative date for completion of proposal evaluations: 8/5/2016. This date is also tentative and is dependent on when the RFP is issued and when it closes. Date of project award: No later than 9/30/2016. This date shall be absolutely firm. Project plans: Specifications and drawings for this project shall be posted on FBO - free of charge - along with the RFP. Set-aside restriction: 100% set-aside for General Contractors who are certified and verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). No additional information shall be available at this time. Again, all interested parties are strongly advised and are responsible to monitor FBO for the issuance of this RFP.
