- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with limited sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for the procurement of: NSN: 1377-01-302-2560 or 1377-01-590-0933, JL09 AUTOMATIC, INFLATION DEVICE, FLU-12/P NSN: 1377-01-364-4089 or 1377-01-590-0159 FW98 INFLATION DEVICE W/INSULATION SLEEVE, FLU-8B/P NSN: 1377-01-454-9864 or 1377-01-590-0158, BY81 AUTOMATIC, INFLATION DEVICE FLU-9B/P MAX Quantity: 70,500EA MIN Quantity: 12,485EA All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
