Description
Draft SOW The Court Programs Division and the Procurement Management Division of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts ("AO") will conduct an Industry Day on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 to discuss our agency requirements for the Spanish/English Federal Court Interpreter Certification Examination ("FCICE") Program. Under the FCICE Program, a contractor would: administer previously developed, AO-provided written screener examinations and oral Spanish/English certification examinations; modify as needed and/or periodically develop new written and oral Spanish/English certification examinations and/or testing materials as authorized by the AO; conduct test validation, program administration; and provide test administration information to potential candidates and the public. The estimated yearly value of services in support of the written exam may range from $320,000 to $550,000. The estimated yearly value of services in support of the oral exam may range from $850,000 to $1,100,000. The attached Draft Statement of Work is provided for Industry review and comment, in preparation for our agency's Industry Day. If you have any initial questions and comments, please feel free to provide them before the Industry Day. You may also provide questions and comments during the Industry Day. And after the Industry Day is held, we would welcome any follow up questions and comments by June 30. Questions and comments should be submitted electronically to Leah_T_Wilson@ao.uscourts.gov The Industry Day will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in the Mecham Conference Center - West, located in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building ("TMFJB"). Our building address is One Columbus Circle NE, Washington DC 20544, next to Union Station. (We do not have visitor parking, so please allow adequate time to park at nearby public garages; Union Station has public parking.)
