Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for furnishing commercial items. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under solicitation number VA786-16-Q-0184 for the following cemetery: Florida National Cemetery 6502 SW 102nd Avenue Bushnell, Florida 33513-8914 PH: (352) 793-1542 POC: Mr. Bernard Castle This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 325320, Size Standard is 500 Employees. The Contractor shall deliver the following items to the cemetery address above, FOB Destination. The government will contact the Contractor by phone or email to schedule deliveries. All deliveries shall be completed within five (5) calendar days ARO. Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all products necessary to provide quantities of granular insecticide as stated below to the Florida National Cemetery located at 6502 SW 102nd Avenue in Bushnell FL, 33513. All products will be brand name or equal to in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.211-6 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Clause 852.211-73.
