- Market Survey for Automatic Switch Company (04845) P/N AV172731-1 DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 4810-00-914-6105. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source(s) under the authority of 1O U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The approved source(s) is Automatic Switch Company (04845) P/N AV172731-1. Parties interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217- 9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 332911 with a business size of 500. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. No solicitation exists at this time. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
