- NSN 2925-01-399-2757, IGNITER, SPARK, GAS TURBINE ENGINE, LEAD CABLE ASSEMBLY, CHAMPION AEROSPACE PART NUMBER 53186-2. Solicitation SPE4A2-16-R-0007 is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). This IQC will have a one year base period, and four one year option periods. The AMC/AMSC is 1B. The OEM is Rolls Royce Corp. (Cage 63005) and the sole approved manufacturing source is Champion Aerospace (Cage 0AFL4). Solicited as unrestricted on an other than full and open competitive basis. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. Freight shall be delivered FOB Destination. All estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be included in the solicitation document. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 27, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
